That's me kissing the Xmas tree---Lovely, isn't it ? We had a great time decorating the tree with glittering Christmas balls, birds and golden angels.Decorating is one part of the traditional fun, but the best is laying of presents under the trees. Of course, when it comes to opening them, you can easily imagine my urge to confirm many guesses over the weeks !
FONDUE : (Steamboat) Just one of a kind in Austria. Although it looks quite the same, we prepared , cooked and served differently. Lots to tell. But one thing for sure: we had lots of lovely condiments ,fresh salmon, prawns, my favourite tofu....etc etc. My father let out many "mmhs" after every bite. We had to fight over the last bowl of soupbase while Mama watchedhelplessly. My papa simply loves Fondue and will not stop loving it ! ! !
